Sr. Finance Manager

This position reports directly to the Director of Finance & Consolidation, Barcel Global, and serves as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership.

The role provides financial leadership and actionable insights to evaluate product, customer, and market profitability, enabling data-driven decision-making.

It partners closely with leaders across Logistics, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Accounting to align financial objectives with business priorities, optimize resource allocation, and support long-term growth strategies.

Responsible for preparation of monthly Integrated GB financial results, executive reporting packages, forecasts, and key operating performance metrics.

The position drives continuous improvement through the development of advanced financial models, reporting automation, planning processes, and analytical capabilities, while leading and developing finance talent to strengthen organizational performance and support strategic decision-making across the business.

• Ad hoc financial analysis related to customers, brands, products, revenue, credits, and expenses.
• P&L projections for new products, new or existing customers, liaison with the Marketing department Barcel Global
• P&L monthly performance per item per customer Responsible for Integrated Financial Results Calculation and Reporting
• Continuing communication with Intercompany Financial departments
• Maintenance of Price list Oracle official pricing tables.
• Gathering of data and preparation of Finance Model financial results
• Evaluation of Costs Grupo Bimbo (Simulator) against Finance Model financial results
• Responsible for Cost to serve (Vortex platform), performance, and monitoring.
• Provide reports to Mexico Business Analysis Center team to calculate Cost to serve information and analyze to ensure data accuracy.
