In this role, you will act as the documentation and governance expert for the process, bringing strong expertise in governance frameworks and championing the adoption of new practices across the team. You will analyse the effectiveness of knowledge management programmes by observing their usage and evaluating their impact in terms of organisational benefit, while also coordinating internal and external audits and training staff on audit preparation to ensure effective implementation of knowledge management across delivery functions.
You will play a key role in encouraging staff to share knowledge efficiently and effectively, working closely with internal process owners to understand workflows and gather insights for continuous improvement. Maintaining the Master Document Control Listing and ensuring compliance with documentation procedures will be central to this role, alongside using tools such as MS Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to write knowledge articles for both front and back office processes, and developing L2, L3, and L4 process maps using the BPMN standard.
You will also ensure that all process documents are properly maintained in the repository, and that clear guidelines are established for knowledge record retention, archival, and deletion. Close collaboration with audit teams will be essential to ensure ongoing compliance with documentation requirements across the process.
