- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including onboarding and orientation
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of employees
- Oversee performance management and employee appraisal systems
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program in line with UAE market standards
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Organize training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and productivity
- Prepare monthly HR reports and metrics for senior management
- Maintain HR records and documentation in compliance with UAE labour laws
