Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development in advanced agrochemical formulations
- Innovate in biological pesticides, bio stimulants, nano fertilizers, and nano pesticides
- Develop controlled release fertilizers and solvent free formulations
- Create residue free crop protection products and alternative safer chemistries
Requirements
- Strong expertise in research and development, product innovation, and modern agrochemical technologies used in European and advanced international markets
- Knowledge of development of advanced agrochemical formulations
- Knowledge of biological pesticides and bio stimulants
- Knowledge of nano fertilizers and nano pesticide technologies
- Knowledge of controlled release fertilizers (CRF)
- Knowledge of solvent free and environmentally friendly formulations
- Knowledge of residue free crop protection products
- Knowledge of alternative and safer chemistries replacing old conventional products
- Ability to commute/relocate to Dubai
