Overview
- Conduct routine chemical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished NPK fertilizers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor and control production processes to maintain accurate NPK ratios and optimize plant efficiency.
- Prepare and standardize chemical reagents, solutions, and testing methods for laboratory use.
- Record, interpret, and report analytical data with accuracy, maintaining proper documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist production teams in troubleshooting process deviations and providing corrective action recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations in laboratory and production areas.
- Calibrate, operate, and maintain laboratory instruments such as spectrophotometers, titrates, and balances.
- Support R\\&D and process improvement initiatives by conducting trials and analysis for new formulations.
- Coordinate with quality assurance and production departments for process validation and quality audits.
- Train and guide junior chemists, operators, and technicians in analytical methods and safety procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
