- Establish relationships with C suite and senior marketing leaders at top 20 regional advertisers
- Develop strategic relationships with consulting partners (Accenture, Deloitte Digital, Medpush)
- Sell DoubleVerify's core solutions: Measurement, Pre Bid, and Performance
- Work cross functionally to communicate regional requirements and product readiness expectations
- Run discovery workshops to uncover advertiser pain points
- Build compelling business cases that tie DV metrics to advertiser KPIs
- Negotiate multi year, multi platform contracts with enterprise procurement teams
- Manage complex sales cycles (3 12 months) involving legal, IT, agencies, and brand stakeholders
- Attend and present at industry events (Dubai Lynx, DMEXCO Middle East, Arabian Travel Market, etc.)
- Build DV's brand presence through thought leadership, case studies, and regional success stories
Requirements
- 7+ years in digital advertising technology sales, selling to premium advertisers and agencies in MENAT
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota ($1M+ ARR) in a hunter role
- Deep expertise in the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, verification platforms, measurement solutions)
- Existing relationships with brand advertisers (real estate, retail, telecom, travel, automotive)
- Experience navigating enterprise sales cycles involving procurement, legal, IT, and agency stakeholders
- Fluent English
- Fluent Arabic / Arabic language proficiency (conversational minimum; business fluency preferred)
- Willingness to travel 40 50% across the MENAT region
- Exceptional consultative selling and relationship building abilities
- Comfort presenting to C suite executives and technical stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast paced, evolving product environments
- Strong collaboration skills across Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams

Overview
- DoubleVerify seeks a Senior Enterprise Sales Director based in Dubai to drive new business growth across the MENAT region, with a primary focus on the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and emerging markets including Egypt, Qatar, and Turkey.
- You will report directly to the RVP, MENAT.
- This is a hybrid role, whereby you will be required to come into the office (located in Media City) 3 days per week.
What You'll Do
- Establish relationships with C suite and senior marketing leaders at top 20 regional advertisers (Travel, Aviation, Government, Real Estate, and Retail).
- Develop strategic relationships with consulting partners (Accenture, Deloitte Digital, Medpush), active in digital transformation.
- Sell DoubleVerify's core solutions: Measurement (across Open Web, Social & CTV), Pre Bid, and Performance (Scibids AI & Rockerbox).
- Work cross functionally to communicate regional requirements and product readiness expectations.
- Position DV's roadmap transparently while closing deals on available solutions today.
- Run discovery workshops to uncover advertiser pain points around brand safety, fraud, viewability, and campaign performance.
- Build compelling business cases that tie DV metrics to advertiser KPIs and media efficiency.
- Negotiate multi year, multi platform contracts with enterprise procurement teams.
- Manage complex sales cycles (3 12 months) involving legal, IT, agencies, and brand stakeholders.
- Attend and present at industry events (Dubai Lynx, DMEXCO Middle East, Arabian Travel Market, etc.).

- Collaborate with Marketing to develop MENAT specific campaigns and content.
