Sr. Engineer - NPI & Engineering

Ensure readiness of materials, tooling, fixtures, test equipment, manufacturing programs, and documentation prior to builds.

Collaborate with Design, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production teams to achieve product launch targets.

Validate manufacturing processes and build methodologies for volume production.

Establish and optimize manufacturing processes including:

SMT Assembly

PCBA Manufacturing

Mechanical Assembly

Product Testing

Packaging Processes

Identify opportunities for yield improvement, cost reduction, and cycle-time optimization.

Lead root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Develop and maintain:

Process Flow Diagrams

PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)

Control Plans

Work Instructions

Manufacturing SOPs

Support APQP, PPAP, FAI, and product qualification activities.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.

Act as the primary interface between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Suppliers during product launch.

Drive issue resolution during prototype and pilot builds.

Conduct build reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple NPI projects simultaneously.
