Engineer the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise network architectures across LAN, WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, routing, switching, and network segmentation.
Provide advanced troubleshooting expertise for critical network incidents, performing root cause analysis and driving permanent remediation efforts.
Lead network transformation projects including upgrades, migrations, lifecycle management, capacity planning, and resiliency improvements.
Define and enforce network security standards, access controls, and compliance requirements in partnership with cybersecurity teams.
Implement proactive monitoring, observability, and performance management strategies to improve network reliability and availability.
Develop and maintain architecture standards, engineering documentation, operational procedures, and implementation guides.
Act as a senior technical consultant during customer engagements, solution design discussions, vendor interactions, and strategic initiatives.
Mentor engineers, review technical deliverables, and promote engineering best practices across the organization.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.
10-12 years of overall IT experience.
8+ years of hands-on enterprise network engineering experience.
