Sr. Engineer – Network Engineering

Design, plan, script, and execute network changes following established change management processes.

Troubleshoot complex network incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement long-term solutions.

Manage network performance, availability, and reliability while driving proactive improvements.

Support network upgrades, migrations, software updates, patching, capacity planning, and resiliency initiatives.

Implement and maintain network security controls, including firewall policies, ACLs, zero-trust segmentation, and access governance.

Monitor network health and integrate observability tools to identify and prevent performance degradation.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, operational procedures, and runbooks.

Partner with Network Operations, Cloud Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Architecture, Service Delivery teams, and external vendors to resolve issues and support strategic initiatives.
