**Senior Civil Engineer (Architectural Coordination Background)**
- Lead and supervise all civil and architectural site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Review and interpret civil and architectural drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Ensure site works are executed as per approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and compliance.
- Manage day-to-day site operations and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Coordinate between design and construction teams to avoid conflicts and delays.
- Monitor project schedules, track progress, and report on milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, codes, and safety standards.
- Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
- Verify quantities, measurements, and work completed for contractor payments.
- Identify design discrepancies and propose practical site solutions.
