We are seeking an analytical, data-driven, and collaborative Sr.

E-commerce Manager to facilitate the optimization, growth, and day-to-day operations of our direct-to-consumer (D2C) storefronts.

In this role, you will be a vital member of our internal digital team, working alongside design, marketing, and outside agencies to continuously elevate the customer journey and maximize digital revenue.

The ideal candidate bridges the gap between creative B2C content management, rigorous data analytics, and technical web infrastructure.

You will manage our Shopify platform consumer-facing content, integrating growth-focused applications, administrating sophisticated tracking systems via Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) , and executing structured A/B testing to drive conversion rate optimization (CRO).

The person in this role should have experience with DTC web strategy, email/CRM strategy, and an understanding of consumer purchase behavior.

To ensure success as the DTC E-commerce Manager, you should remain knowledgeable about relevant trends and innovations in direct-to-consumer web sales.

Ultimately, you will endeavor to enhance your skillset by continually learning about adjacent techniques that might improve collaboration between departments.
