• Research Execution & Insights Leadership  Own and manage the end-to-end execution of a robust insights ecosystem, including qualitative and quantitative research, syndicated data, social listening, Usage & Attitudes studies, and consumer segmentation.  Act as the day-to-day & voice of the consumer & continuously tracking wellness behaviors, occasion-based triggers, and unmet needs.  Translate raw data and research findings into actionable business strategies, brand positioning refinements, and highly compelling innovation concepts.  Manage external insight agencies, research vendors, and platform relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high strategic standard. Innovation & Pipeline Support  Collaborate with the Director to identify white-space opportunities across categories, formats, benefits, life stages, and channels.  Support the cross-functional innovation steering process and ideation workshops by providing foundational consumer data and foundational guardrails.  Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Product Development/R&D, Sales, E-Commerce, and Operations to advance new product concepts through the development funnel.
