The Senior Director, Corporate Network & Infrastructure will play a critical role in modernizing Visa’s global corporate network and infrastructure platforms—driving reliability, security, and performance while enabling hybrid work, cloud adoption, and digital-first business operations.

Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications:
- 12+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree, OR 15+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in technology leadership with increasing responsibility, growing and leading high-performance teams, and directing the IT function.
- Experience in taking ownership of complex, multi-faceted, open-ended problems and driving them to completion.
- Experience in digital media, AV, UC, voice, video, streaming, and conferencing infrastructure.
- Experience architecting and deploying enterprise-scale solutions and driving technology transformation.
- Experience applying AI and agentic technologies in digital media/UC environments.
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service and supporting business continuity planning.
- Experience in metrics-driven management and business impact.
- Experience in change management and business continuity.
- Experience in mentoring and managing high-performing teams.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience.
- Experience leading large, high-performance teams in organizations with 5,000+ employees.
- Experience leading enterprise technology and cultural transformation programs.
