- Develop detailed project budgets and cost breakdown structures (CBS)
- Monitor expenditures, commitments, and cost‑to‑complete (CTC) forecasts
- Identify cost variances early and ensure strong cost control compliance
- Prepare monthly cost reports, dashboards, and cash flow forecasts
- Analyze cost trends and provide early warnings on potential overruns
- Evaluate variations, change requests, and subcontractor claims
- Review subcontractor quotations, proposals, and payment applications
- Ensure procurement commitments align with project budgets
- Maintain accurate cost logs, coding, and ERP system updates
- Coordinate with planning to align cost forecasts with project schedules
- Validate progress and cost‑related data with site teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- 12–15 years of experience in construction cost control (UAE preferred)
- Experience in luxury villa and high‑rise building projects
- Strong knowledge of cost control methodologies, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools
- Familiarity with Primavera P6 is an advantage
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills

Job Description

- The role ensures strong financial discipline, accurate cost visibility, and early risk identification across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project budgets and cost breakdown structures (CBS).
