Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s preferred
- 15 20 years of experience in architectural coordination within contracting or consultancy firms
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and UAE regulations
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools)
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast paced environment

Job Description
- The Senior Technical Coordinator – Architecture will be responsible for managing and coordinating all architectural technical aspects of luxury villas and residential property projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate architectural design and technical documentation across projects.
