- Supervise and manage day‑to‑day construction activities
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Review and interpret IFC drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and technical specifications
- Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and project requirements
- Coordinate with the Planning Engineer for weekly and monthly updates
- Prepare look‑ahead programs and identify delays
- Propose recovery actions to maintain progress
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment allocation
- Provide technical solutions to site issues
- Raise RFIs for missing or unclear information
- Ensure proper implementation of method statements and ITPs
- Prepare material take‑offs and coordinate material requests
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience as a Project Engineer in buildings or villa construction
- Strong technical knowledge of civil, structural, MEP coordination, and finishing works
- Experience with main contractors in the UAE preferred
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; Primavera P6 is an advantage
- 8 12 years of experience
- Strong technical understanding of construction methods
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Good leadership and team management abilities
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong documentation and reporting capabilities

Job Description
- Nova International General Contracting is a newly established UAE based company dedicated to delivering excellence in general contracting and construction, specializing in executing branded residences.
- We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support the Construction Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing all site activities.
- The Project Engineer is responsible for ensuring that construction works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- The role acts as a key technical link between the site team, QA/QC, planning, procurement, subcontractors, and consultants, supporting smooth project execution and timely progress.
Key Responsibilities
