- Project Delivery
- : Support the end-to-end execution of strategy, business transformation, and corporate governance engagements.
- PMO Management
- : Drive PMO activities including project tracking, timeline monitoring, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Executive Reporting
- : Prepare high-quality, executive-level presentations, dashboards, project updates, and strategic business recommendations.
• Data & Insights
- : Conduct structured business analysis, analyze data, and build performance reports to optimize operational processes and support executive decision-making.
- Dashboard Development
- : Design and manage project plans, roadmaps, and status reports, leveraging Power BI and Advanced Excel.
- Stakeholder Management
- : Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align project objectives and drive successful implementation.
- Change Management
- : Contribute directly to organizational change management and business improvement initiatives.
