- Assess and optimize business processes across Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT functions
- Develop and enhance Policies, Procedures, SOPs, Governance Frameworks, Process Maps, Workflows, and RACI Matrices
- Conduct As Is and To Be process assessments and design Target Operating Models (TOM)
- Align business processes with Oracle Cloud ERP/Oracle EBS workflows, controls, and approval hierarchies
- Support Oracle ERP implementation through process to system mapping and transformation initiatives
- Define user roles, approval workflows, and Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Identify process gaps, risks, and control weaknesses while ensuring audit ready documentation
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, obtain approvals, and prepare executive presentations and governance reports
- Track project documentation, version control, and implementation progress
Requirements
- 10 15 years of experience in business process improvement and policy development
- Expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP/Oracle EBS workflows and controls
- Experience with process mapping, SOPs, and governance frameworks
