Support delivery of a large-scale Data Classification, Privacy, and Protection Program as a senior consultant-level technical resource.
Translate regulatory, governance, and policy requirements into practical technical outputs, implementation-ready documentation, and stakeholder-led execution.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver assigned technical workstreams across the program with timely, high-quality outputs.
- Conduct and review data discovery, enterprise data inventory, PII identification, and end-to-end data flow mapping.
- Assess the technology landscape and support alignment of Microsoft Purview, MIP, and related Microsoft 365 controls.
- Develop classification frameworks, labelling standards, sensitivity criteria, control matrices, and implementation guidance.
- Translate governance, privacy, and protection requirements into procedures, templates, trackers, and technical instruments.
- Contribute to DPIA, risk, remediation, incident response, monitoring, and audit readiness activities.
- Facilitate workshops with IT, security, data owners, business teams, and control stakeholders.
- Prepare technical inputs for status reports, governance packs, milestone reviews, and steering updates.
- Review deliverables produced by junior team members.
Requirements
- Senior Consultant-level technical resource for data classification, privacy, and protection program delivery.
- 5-8 years of experience.
- Ability to translate regulatory, governance, and policy requirements into practical technical outputs and implementation-ready documentation.
- Ability to work across business and IT teams and facilitate stakeholder-led execution.
