Senior Manager role focused on corporate international tax client engagements.
The work covers advisory, compliance, representations, tax strategy, and tax structuring.
Responsibilities
- Assist directors and partners with corporate international tax client challenges.
- Conduct research on tax laws, treaty provisions, OECD and UN developments, and BEPS provisions.
- Assess indirect tax laws and practical implementation challenges.
- Develop tax strategies that support compliance, efficiency, and risk reduction.
- Monitor legislative changes and advise clients on their implications.
- Review entity and transaction structures for investment or divestment.
- Develop inbound and outbound tax-efficient structures with governance roadmaps.
- Prepare and review tax returns and resolve practical compliance challenges.
- Prepare submissions for advance or private rulings and assessment or appellate proceedings.
- Use technology to improve client solutions and identify adoption opportunities.
- Prepare presentations and thought leadership materials for training and education.
Experience and Qualifications
