Responsibilities
- Manage complete accounting for the Riyadh office.
- Complete yearly audits, Local Content Certificate audits, and periodic VAT and WHT tax filings.
- Reconcile petty cash monthly and submit reports to the Group Head of Finance.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Manage and monitor billing processes and accounts receivable.
- Assist with renewing or acquiring legal and commercial documentation for the office and villa.
- Maintain proper bookkeeping and filing of documents.
- Assist with HR matters, including employee health insurance documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Good English communication skills are requested.
- Filipino candidates are preferred by the source.
- Female candidates are preferred by the source.
Compensation
- Pay is SAR 3,000 to SAR 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
