Job Summary

Work Arrangement

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate Dynamics 365 with financial applications and banking platforms.
• Configure forms, workflows, and business process flows to meet financial regulations.
• Implement role-based access control and data encryption for financial transactions.
• Use Power Automate and Power BI for analytics, risk assessment, and fraud detection.
• Provide technical guidance on best practices, governance, and security.
• Identify and resolve system bottlenecks affecting transaction performance.

Regulatory and Business Conduct

• Display exemplary conduct and follow the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
• Embed applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and ethical standards into business activities.
• Identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters collaboratively.

Core Skills and Experience

• Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Azure DevOps, and API integrations for financial applications.
• Experience with SSRS, Power BI, and SQL Server for financial reporting.
• Advanced skills in Dynamics 365 configuration, plugin development, scripting, and Power Platform.
• Core skills include REST API integration, DevOps, and data migration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Certifications and Experience

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate certification is preferred.
• Azure Fundamentals AZ-900 certification is preferred.
• Experience with SSIS, XRMToolBox, and KingswaySoft is advantageous.
• Experience in financial services is advantageous.
