Establish laboratory strategies to improve process efficiencies and achieve performance objectives aligned with site and business goals. Ensure accurate, timely, and reliable analytical testing to support safe and efficient plant operations. Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory, safety, and quality standards. Drive laboratory modernization, automation, and technology advancements.

Support site safety, reliability, operational integrity, and production excellence initiatives.
Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of laboratory and quality professionals.
Build organizational capability through succession planning, talent development, and workforce planning.
Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing culture.
Promote strong safety leadership and compliance with all BASF EHS expectations
Advanced degree (M.S., MBA, or Ph.D.) in a relevant discipline.
Lean Six Sigma certification.
Knowledge of ISO-based quality systems and regulatory compliance requirements.
Experience with SAP, LIMS, PI systems, Power BI, advanced analytics platforms, and data visualization tools.
