Sr. Analytical Services and Quality Manager

Provide leadership for site quality management systems and governance processes.

Ensure compliance with BASF safety and quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations.

Foster a culture of operational discipline, quality ownership, and continuous improvement across the site.

Identify opportunities and drive cost optimization while maintaining high levels of service and compliance.

Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement activities across analytical and quality organizations.

Develop performance metrics and dashboards to measure organizational effectiveness.

Support site safety, reliability, operational integrity, and production excellence initiatives.

Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of laboratory and quality professionals.

Build organizational capability through succession planning, talent development, and workforce planning.

Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing culture.

Promote strong safety leadership and compliance with all BASF EHS expectations

Advanced degree (M.S., MBA, or Ph.D.) in a relevant discipline.

Lean Six Sigma certification.

Knowledge of ISO-based quality systems and regulatory compliance requirements.

Experience with SAP, LIMS, PI systems, Power BI, advanced analytics platforms, and data visualization tools.
