Job Summary
Provide tactical and operational support for production services across technology platforms and domains.
Ensure service stability, availability, performance, and resilience.

Production Operations
- Respond to technical incidents and manage recovery for high-severity incidents, outages, and other significant incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Lead incident communications, escalations, technical bridges, and stakeholder coordination during critical incidents.
- Perform root-cause analysis and track corrective and preventive actions to closure.
- Own production system stability, availability, and performance while directing second- and third-level support teams.
- Manage production changes, releases, deployments, and rollouts with validation, rollback, contingency, and communication plans.
- Assess change impacts across applications, infrastructure, databases, middleware, cloud platforms, and networks.
- Drive monitoring, event management, automation, alert optimization, and early issue detection.
- Support capacity management, resiliency testing, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
