SQA Engineer, Performance

BOLD Platform services team design, create, manage and maintain the highly scalable and distributed services for the wider use of web and mobile product applications/portals/websites. Current list of services are based on Microservices architecture whose domain ranges from visitor tracking, User profiles, authentication, content and payment

Design and execute performance test strategies for enterprise applications.

Develop and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner.

Perform Load, Stress, Spike, Soak, Scalability, and Capacity testing.

Execute API performance testing for REST APIs, microservices, Azure Functions, WebJobs, and ASP.NET Core applications.

Analyze application performance using monitoring tools and identify performance bottlenecks.

Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Product, and Infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.

Integrate performance tests with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.

Create utility scripts using Python or PowerShell to improve automation. Prepare performance reports with analysis, findings, and recommendations

6–8 years of experience in Performance Testing/Performance Engineering.

Strong hands-on experience with JMeter (mandatory) and working knowledge of LoadRunner.

Experience in API Performance Testing using REST APIs and Swagger/OpenAPI.

Strong understanding of Performance Engineering concepts and Non-Functional Testing methodologies.

Experience with Jenkins, Git, and basic scripting using Python or PowerShell.
