About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify new opportunities for the event
- Form and lead a new team of sales professionals
- Actively promote and sell exhibition space and sponsorship
- Conduct telephone sales campaign to past exhibitors and new prospects
- Conduct face to face sales to current exhibitors, past exhibitors and new prospects
- Source new companies from trade press and competitive events
- Liaise with Associations and Trade Bodies
- Develop and maintain long term relationships with customers and prospects
- Develop and manage the prospect database
- Maintain contact with exhibitors and deliver high standard of customer service
- Achieve individual and event revenue targets
- Update and maintain accurate Daily Reports
Requirements
- Relevant sales experience in event organizing firm, consultancy firm, or real estate
- Fluent in English written and verbal
- Research skills

About Us
- Aldrich is a global consulting and event organizing firm assisting clients in critical infrastructure in the oil and energy industry.
- The event organizing division hosts high profile events such as MECOC EXPO, MEICA EXPO and AIMCS EXPO.
Key Responsibilities
- Reports to the Director of Events
- Work with the Director in identifying new opportunities for the event
- Form and lead a new team of sales professionals
- Actively promote and sell exhibition space and sponsorship
- Conduct telephone sales campaign to past exhibitors and new prospects
- Conduct face to face sales to current exhibitors, past exhibitors and new prospects
- Source new companies from trade press and competitive events
- Actively seek out and follow through on new prospects
- Liaise with Associations and Trade Bodies
- Develop and maintain long term relationships with customers and prospects
- Develop and manage the prospect database
- Maintain contact with exhibitors and deliver high standard of customer service
Requirements
- Fluent in English written and verbal, other languages an advantage
- Research skills is a must

Salary Package
- Monthly Salary: AED 5,000 AED 7,000 (based on expertise)
- Health Insurance
- Commission % for each sale
