Responsibilities
- Oversee event planning from initial concept, venue booking, and vendor negotiation to on site setup and post event analysis
- Direct day of logistics, including guest lists, catering, AV equipment, schedules, and transportation
- Assist in executing digital, email, and social media campaigns to promote company offerings and upcoming events
- Coordinate with graphic designers to develop promotional brochures, event banners, and digital marketing materials
- Resolve customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle correspondence via phone, email, and social media
- Serve as the primary host at events, managing RSVPs and ensuring attendees have an exceptional experience
- Maintain organized business records, update project management dashboards, and track operational calendars
- Assist with budget reconciliation, basic invoicing, expense tracking, and vendor payment documentation
- Update and organize customer databases, tracking interaction histories and mailing lists

Overview
- The Coordinator seamlessly links the public face of the company (marketing and customer service) with its internal engine (operations and events).
Key Responsibilities
- Events Coordination & Management: End to End Execution: Oversee event planning from initial concept, venue booking, and vendor negotiation to on site setup and post event analysis.
- Logistics Oversight: Direct day of logistics, including guest lists, catering, AV equipment, schedules, and transportation.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for external venues, security teams, and technical contractors.
- Marketing Support & Brand Promotion: Campaign Assistance: Assist in executing digital, email, and social media campaigns.
- Collateral Creation: Coordinate with graphic designers to develop promotional brochures, event banners, and digital marketing materials.
- Market Research: Monitor competitor activity and identify new market trends.
- Analyse and Improve Marketing Campaigns: Using iterative, data driven process.
- Customer Service & Client Engagement: Inquiry Management: Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and correspondence.
- Guest Relations: Serve as the primary host at events, managing RSVPs.
- Feedback Loop: Collect post event feedback and client reviews.
- Business Operations & Administration: Workflow Management: Maintain organized business records, update project management dashboards.
- Financial Assistance: Assist with budget reconciliation, basic invoicing, expense tracking.
Pay
- Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
Additional Information
- Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred)
- Work Location: In person
