About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at the Doris Duan-Young Autism Center in Dubai Healthcare City. You will conduct screenings, assessments, and therapy sessions for children with communication disorders.

- Conduct screenings, assessments, and therapy sessions
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain accurate patient records in EMR
- Collaborate with caregivers and professionals to improve service delivery
- Ensure compliance with professional and organizational standards
- Participate in ongoing professional development (CME/CPD)
- Attend meetings and contribute to team initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Therapy
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with children of determination who have communication disorders
- Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license or eligibility
- Experience with PLS 5, CELF 5, PAT assessment tools
- Strong English communication skills
- Expertise in assessments and progress reports

Job Requirement
- A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Therapy
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with children of determination who have communication disorders
- Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license or eligibility
- Experience with PLS 5, CELF 5, PAT assessment tools
- Certified in OPT, PROMPT, SOS, PECS, GLP, AAC (a plus!)
- Strong English communication skills
- Expertise in assessments and progress reports
