About the Role

  • The Receptionist will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting visitors, performing administrative duties, and providing quality service.
  • Will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating patient appointments under the supervision of the Clinical Director, ensuring that clinical operations run smoothly and on time.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
  • Experience in scheduling, coordinating, and managing patient appointments
  • Fluent in English & good communication skills
  • Passionate and caring individuals who love to work with children
  • Detailed oriented, flexible, and team working enthusiast
