Overview

Role Overview

1. AI-Led Specification Development

• Use AI tools to draft, structure, and refine specifications
• Support creation of:
• Business requirement documents
• Functional specifications
• Feature definitions
• User journeys and workflows
• Platform and application specifications
• AI agent and automation requirements

2. Requirement Understanding & Analysis

• Interpret business needs, notes, and discussions
• Identify gaps, assumptions, and unclear requirements
• Ask relevant clarification questions
• Translate input into structured outputs

3. Specification Structuring & Documentation

• Convert raw information into structured documentation
• Break down complex ideas into features, processes, and components
• Ensure clarity, logical flow, and usability of documents

4. Story Ownership

• Own the end-to-end narrative of each specification
• Understand the “why, what, who, and how” of every requirement
• Ensure documents are practical and usable for design and development teams

5. Collaboration & Closure

• Work closely with leads, designers, and developers
• Incorporate feedback quickly and effectively
• Track open items and ensure completion of specifications
• Support timely closure of assigned work

6. CEO Office & Strategic Support

• Assist in structuring strategic ideas into actionable specifications
• Support preparation of briefs and initiative definitions
• Convert high-level direction into practical outputs

Required Skills & Competenciescore Skills

• Strong written communication and structured thinking
• Basic analytical and logical reasoning ability
• Ability to organize and simplify complex information
• Comfort working with AI tools (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Ability to work with templates, frameworks, and structured formats
