About The Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to support delivery across high-impact internal and client-facing projects within our DSG Unit.
This role is critical in enabling structured project execution, strengthening delivery governance, and supporting revenue growth across UAE and GCC markets.
Project Delivery
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and delivery standards
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes
Performance & Reporting
- Track project progress and maintain visibility through structured reporting
- Manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) to ensure delivery control
Resource & Capacity Management
- Support resource planning and allocation to optimise team utilisation
- Align delivery capacity with project requirements
Governance & Operations
- Establish and manage governance forums to drive accountability and decision-making
- Maintain delivery standards, reporting structures, and operational practices
Continuous Improvement & Support
- Contribute to enhancing project management practices and team enablement
- Support product and solution development through basic requirement definition
Technical Skills
- Project Management and Delivery Coordination
• Agile And Scrum Methodologies
- Delivery Governance and Reporting
• MS Project, MS Teams, MS Office
- Experience with Project Management tools/suites is an advantage
Certifications (Nice To Have)
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles
- Strong organisational and structured thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, disciplined, and detail-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills with a professional and assertive approach
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
