Could Be Flowers and Coffee is seeking an ambitious, hands-on Specialty Coffee Shop and Restaurant Manager.
The manager will take operational ownership, mentor the team, and maintain premium food and beverage standards.
Location and Workplace
- The role is based in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE, with in-person work at the café or restaurant.
- Candidates should be able to commute to or relocate to Al Ain before starting; this is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay starts from AED 4,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily café operations and ensure specialty coffee standards, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee POS reporting, cash handling, inventory, portion control, and cost reduction involving wastage and COGS.
- Supervise, schedule, and train floor staff and baristas.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and local municipality regulatory compliance.
- Drive local guest engagement, loyalty, and floor-level marketing initiatives in Al Ain.
Requirements
- Proven café or restaurant management or supervisory experience specifically in specialty coffee or upscale F&B.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and operational business acumen.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is a strong plus.
- Candidates should currently be in the UAE and immediately available to start in Al Ain.
- Five years of F&B experience is preferred.
