Drive B2B commercial outreach across wholesale specialty coffee supply, corporate and private event catering, bespoke floral styling, and luxury residential flower arrangements.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Work location is in person.
- Immediate joining is required.
Wholesale Coffee
- Pitch and secure wholesale bean supply and machine solutions for cafés, boutique hotels, and corporate offices.
Catering and Events
- Prospect, pitch, and close live coffee bars, corporate hospitality, and private event catering packages.
Floral and Décor Services
- Secure contracts for corporate floral styling, hotel and lobby arrangements, luxury residential subscriptions, and private VIP house floral setups.
Client Relations and Targets
- Manage cold outreach, site visits, tasting sessions, bespoke proposals, contract negotiation, and account retention.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining accurate pipeline reporting.
Requirements
- Proven B2B field sales experience within UAE food and beverage, specialty coffee, event catering, or luxury floral and décor services.
- Strong negotiation, prospecting, and relationship-building capabilities with corporate clients and VIPs.
- Fluent English; Arabic-speaking ability is a strong asset.
- Valid UAE driver’s license; own car is strongly preferred.
- Currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate employment in Al Ain.
- Three years of retail sales experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 2,000 per month.
