Role Overview
Roasters is hiring a Specialty Barista to prepare specialty coffee and support daily bar operations.
The role focuses on beverage quality, presentation, customer service, cleanliness, and consistent service standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee beverages to consistently high standards.
- Operate espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment professionally.
- Maintain coffee quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and HACCP standards.
- Assist with daily bar operations and stock management.
- Support the team in maintaining service and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a barista in specialty coffee.
- Strong knowledge of espresso preparation, brewing methods, and coffee fundamentals.
- Good English communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
- Passion for specialty coffee and willingness to learn and develop.
