Role Overview
Roasters is seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team.
The role manages a specific kitchen section and supports high-quality food preparation, consistency, and hygiene compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a designated kitchen section efficiently.
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to set standards.
- Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants.
- Follow HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimizing wastage.
- Coordinate with the Head Chef for daily kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or café environment.
- Knowledge of international cuisine is required.
- Experience in specialty coffee or F&B concepts is a plus.
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
