Job Purpose

  • In this field based role, you will partner with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key accounts to implement tailored, patient focused solutions and drive sustainable business growth across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with HCPs and key accounts to drive awareness and appropriate use of GSK solutions.
  • Develop and execute a robust territory business plan aligned with GSK commercial strategies to achieve agreed targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (e.g. marketing, medical, market access) to implement tailored account plans and solutions.
  • Monitor performance, analyze market trends and customer insights, and recommend actions to address opportunities and challenges.
  • Help ensure product availability by coordinating with supply chain and commercial teams and supporting accurate demand forecasting.
  • Conduct regular external meetings to provide disease awareness and patient focused information to HCPs, in full adherence to GSK policies and applicable laws.
