- Carry out marketing specific tasks to address market needs and drive portfolio performance
- Establish long lasting relationships with scientific societies and KEEs to leverage advocacy
- Coordinate with cross functional team members to develop and implement territory plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with proven success
- Recent oncology/hematology experience in UAE (minimum 1 year)
- Fluency in both Arabic and English languages
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel
- Must be resident in UAE

About the Role
- GSK's GULF Oncology team is looking for an Oncology Account Manager to manage sales and business activities across an assigned geographical scope.
- Key responsibilities include driving sales, leveraging customer relationships, and impacting a variety of customer segments.
- Ideal candidates will have deep knowledge of customers and accounts within oncology and hematology.
Core Job Responsibilities
- Develop market intelligence and initiate forecasting process in alignment with commercial trade channel and marketing teams.
- Drive end to end patient solutions and tracking to support product supply process and coordinate with supply chain.
- Conduct frequent effective group meetings and interactions with HCPs to drive disease and product awareness.
- Drive performance and results through patient recruitment and end to end account management.
- Carry out marketing specific tasks to address market needs and drive portfolio performance.
- Establish long lasting relationships with scientific societies and KEEs to leverage advocacy.
- Coordinate with cross functional team members to develop and implement plans of a defined territory.
Basic Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a track record of proven sales success.
- Recent oncology/hematology experience in UAE is a must with one year or more as a minimum.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel as required.
- Successful candidate must be resident in UAE.

- Understanding patient journey, full account mapping and product listing process.
- Developing and maintaining long term engagements with key stakeholders and decision makers.
- Strong digital literacy and experience using CRM and remote engagement tools.
- Experience working collaboratively in cross functional teams and contributing to launches.
- Proven ability to think strategically and work with a high level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Operating at pace and agile decision making using evidence and applying judgement to balance pace, rigor and risk.
Compliance Responsibilities
- Full cooperation in terms of GSK and country standard way of operations.
- Build and maintain compliance knowledge and implement governance processes to ensure adherence to GSK's codes, policies and legal requirements.
- Ensure strong business partnerships with stakeholders to manage issues and determine approved courses of action.
Location and Working Model
- The Key Account Manager will be UAE based.
- This is a field based position that requires frequent travel across the assigned territory.
