Job Purpose
- Support the execution of assigned special projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate day to day project activities, maintain accurate documentation, monitor task progress, and collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with SOPC policies and governance requirements, proactively address operational issues, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Job Specific Accountabilities
- Execute assigned tasks and activities for special projects with precision, ensuring deliverables meet defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Follow up on day to day operational challenges, coordinating directly with relevant team members to implement immediate solutions.
- Act as an active participant in cross functional collaboration efforts, facilitating smooth execution of tasks across teams.
- Regularly communicate with internal and external stakeholders, gathering input and providing progress updates.
- Follow detailed execution plans to complete tasks aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Gather, organize, and maintain project related data, preparing accurate updates for the Director or project lead.
- Complete operational tasks such as resource allocation, procurement coordination, and budget tracking.
- Execute project activities in full compliance with SOPC’s internal policies, guidelines, and external regulatory requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of project related tasks, workflows, and decisions.
- Identify small scale opportunities to enhance task efficiency and contribute ideas for streamlining workflows.
- Proactively address operational issues or risks identified during task execution, implementing approved corrective measures.
- Escalate significant issues to the Director or project lead with clear documentation and suggested next steps.
