Job Purpose
- Responsible for strategic design, configuration, implementation, continuous optimization, and day to day operations of SAP SuccessFactors platform.
Solution Architecture
- Define technical and functional architecture of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize core SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and oversee system performance.
- Coordinate annual and quarterly release management processes.
- Oversee end to end implementation process.
- Lead design workshops with cross functional stakeholders.
- Define strategic roadmap for ongoing enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors.
Domain Expertise
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations for end users.
- Act as trusted advisor and subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors.
- Stay updated on industry trends and SuccessFactors roadmaps.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations.
Integration Management
- Oversee and manage integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems.
- Advise on use of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Integration Centre and APIs.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure seamless data flow.
Data Management and Reporting
- Contribute to data governance policies.
- Manage and ensure accuracy of employee master data uploads.
- Create, generate, and interpret complex reports and analytics.
- Develop customized dashboards and reporting templates.
User Training and Support
- Provide frontline support to end users.
- Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials.
- Implement self service support model.
- Conduct hands on workshops and provide customized support.
Cross Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage and communicate with key stakeholders throughout project phases.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular progress updates and feedback sessions.
- Manage relationships with SAP SuccessFactors consultants and vendors.
Continuous Improvement and System Optimization
- Stay informed on advancements in procurement technology.
- Identify areas for improvement within SuccessFactors.
- Monitor system updates and assess new features.
- Lead post implementation reviews and gather user feedback.
Project Management
- Manage related projects including module implementation, upgrades, and process automation initiatives.
- Support cross functional coordination for timely project delivery.
