- Participate in appointment, credentialing, and privileging of doctors
- Ensure new clinical staff orientation and training
- Monitor and evaluate professional practice of medical staff
- Design processes for continuity and coordination of patient care
- Ensure adequate professional reports are prepared timely
- Ensure patient rights are respected and informed consents obtained
Requirements
- Qualified Specialist in Radiology
- Experience in leading a radiology department
- Knowledge of health authority documentation and compliance
