Responsibilities
- Assist with day to day finance operations and administrative tasks
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoice processing and payment tracking
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and expense analysis
- Help maintain and update financial records, databases, and documentation
- Support monthly reconciliations and financial data verification
- Participate in finance projects related to budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
- Assist with data entry, filing, and organization of financial documents
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Provide support during audits and other finance related reviews
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the Finance leadership team as needed
Requirements
- Completed a degree in Finance or Accounting
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Professional, positive attitude with willingness to learn
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
- Must be based in the UAE, preferably Abu Dhabi

About the Opportunity
