You will design and develop business intelligence solutions, automate business processes and work closely with operational teams to identify opportunities for improvement through data, automation and technology. This is a hands-on role that combines Business Intelligence development with process automation, helping the organisation make smarter, data-driven decisions while reducing manual effort and improving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for business stakeholders. * Design and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline business processes and eliminate manual tasks. * Work with business teams to understand existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation. * Develop data models and reporting solutions using Power BI, DAX and Power Query. * Write and optimise SQL queries to support reporting, analysis and data integration. * Integrate data from multiple business systems, ensuring data quality, consistency and governance. * Support transformation projects by providing data analysis, reporting and automation solutions. * Work collaboratively with project managers, business analysts and operational teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. * Develop and maintain technical documentation, process documentation and user guides. * Monitor, maintain and continuously improve BI and automation solutions. * Champion the use of the Microsoft Power Platform across the organisation.
