Work Location
- The role is based in Bangalore, India.
- Employees work onsite Monday through Thursday and may choose their work location on Fridays based on work requirements.
Position Summary
Support run-and-maintain activities across Supply Chain operations.
Apply standardized work processes developed with subject matter experts across teams in India and the United States.
Drive process excellence, productivity improvements, automation, and operational proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Supply Chain run-and-maintain activities with accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
- Promote process excellence, consistency, and continuous improvement in daily operations.
- Drive operational efficiency across geographies.
- Partner with Data and Analytics teams to identify and implement automation opportunities.
- Improve productivity and reduce manual effort through process enhancements and data-driven solutions.
- Support transformation initiatives and strengthen process standardization across the organization.
- Ensure proficiency in existing and newly implemented processes.
Customer and Stakeholder Support
- Provide high-quality customer service and support for customer inquiries and issues.
- Monitor customer feedback and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other teams and functions on automation and productivity initiatives.
- Communicate Solutions Center performance and initiative updates to stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain operations.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and digital tools.
