Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with infertility and reproductive health concerns
- Assist in planning and executing IVF treatment cycles under consultant supervision or independently as per scope
- Perform and monitor ovarian stimulation protocols and treatment responses
- Collaborate with Embryologists, IVF Consultants, Nurses, and Laboratory Teams
- Provide patient counseling regarding fertility options, procedures, and outcomes
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory standards
- Participate in quality assurance programs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- MBBS or equivalent Medical Degree
- Specialization in Obstetrics & Gynaecology / Reproductive Medicine
- Experience or training in IVF / Reproductive Medicine preferred
- Licensed or eligible for DOH License as IVF Specialist (mandatory)
- Experience in fertility clinics or reproductive health centers is an advantage

Job Overview
- A reputable government healthcare client in the Abu Dhabi Region is currently seeking a highly skilled Female Specialist Physician – IVF to join its expanding Reproductive Medicine / Fertility Unit.
- This role is ideal for a specialist with strong experience in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) and Infertility Management.
Key Skills
- Expertise in In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART)
- Strong experience in Infertility Evaluation and Treatment Planning
- Proficiency in IUI, Ovulation Induction, and fertility protocols
- Knowledge in Female Reproductive Endocrinology and hormonal assessment
- Experience in managing Recurrent Pregnancy Loss and complex fertility cases
- Strong patient counseling and reproductive health education skills
