Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage complex craniofacial congenital and acquired deformities in pediatric patients
- Perform advanced craniofacial reconstructive and corrective surgeries
- Develop individualized surgical and treatment plans for complex cases
- Collaborate closely with Neurosurgeons, Plastic Surgeons, ENT Specialists, Orthodontists, and Pediatricians
- Manage pre operative assessment, surgical intervention, and long term follow up care
- Participate in craniofacial multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions
- Contribute to clinical audits, research, and continuous quality improvement programs
- Provide teaching, mentoring, and supervision to junior surgical staff
Requirements
- MBBS or equivalent Medical Degree
- Specialization in Pediatric Surgery / Plastic Surgery / Craniofacial Surgery
- Proven Consultant level experience in Craniofacial Surgery
- DOH License / Eligibility or equivalent UAE licensing is an advantage
- Experience in tertiary care hospitals or specialized craniofacial centers is highly preferred

- A leading government healthcare client in the Abu Dhabi Region is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Physician – Pediatric Craniofacial Surgery to join its advanced pediatric surgical services.
- This is a prestigious opportunity for a senior specialist with expertise in complex craniofacial reconstruction, pediatric plastic & reconstructive surgery, and congenital facial deformities, working within a multidisciplinary tertiary care environment.
Key Skills
- Expertise in Pediatric Craniofacial Surgery and Reconstructive Surgery
- Strong experience in managing Craniosynostosis, Cleft Lip and Palate, and Facial Skeletal Deformities
- Proficiency in Complex Cranial Vault Reconstruction and Facial Bone Surgery
- Experience in Multidisciplinary Craniofacial Team Management
- Knowledge of Pediatric Airway Management in Craniofacial Cases
- Strong surgical precision and advanced operative planning skills
- Excellent collaboration with multidisciplinary surgical teams
