Role Overview

  • Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a Specialist Operational Readiness to support operational preparation of world class entertainment, sports, and cultural projects.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure all operational aspects are ready and aligned for successful launch and sustainable operation.
  • Involved in assessing operational readiness, identifying gaps, facilitating training programs, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of operational readiness plans across different project phases.
  • Conduct operational assessments to evaluate preparedness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure operational alignment and readiness.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training and communication materials for operational teams.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to operational readiness and provide reports as needed.
  • Identify process gaps and assist in developing solutions to enhance operational workflows.
  • Participate in meetings and workshops to track progress and share updates regarding readiness status.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in operational readiness, project coordination, or operations support.
  • Good analytical skills with ability to assess processes and recommend improvements.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with project management tools.
  • Ability to work effectively within cross functional teams and manage multiple tasks.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Experience in entertainment, hospitality, or related industries is advantageous.
