Requirements
- Hands on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP)
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Understanding of CRM strategy and lifecycle marketing principles
- Familiarity with lead source attribution
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Tableau, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics)
- Post secondary education in a related field

The Work
- Responsible for supporting PC Insurance’s marketing measurement approach and enabling effective use of customer audiences across CRM and digital marketing channels.
