Role Overview

The HR Operations Specialist reports to the Manager, HR Services, within the Human Resources Services function.

The role supports human capital initiatives covering employee relations, training, recruiting, induction, talent management, compliance, compensation, and internal communications.

The position also coordinates benefits, investigates employee incidents, supports corrective actions, and implements operational excellence activities.

Employee Relations and Compliance

  • Investigate employee incidents and rule violations through supervisor information gathering and employee interviews.
  • Forward documentation and findings to Human Resources for further action and implement approved corrective guidance, including warning letters.
  • Process terminations in accordance with contracts, company policies, procedures, and Labor Law.

Leave, Benefits, and Personnel Administration

  • Coordinate leave requests between the mine and head office and review entitlements against contracts, policies, procedures, and Labor Law.
  • Coordinate payments and deductions, including vacations, advances, overtime, and other applicable payroll actions.
  • Handle bank loan applications, transportation coordination, salary actions, information gathering, and GOSI and other reports.

Immigration and Safety Support

  • Follow up exit and re-entry visa and residence permit applications for non-Saudi employees.
  • Support safety goals through training and reinforcement.

Recruitment and Development

  • Coordinate personnel requisitions, application screening, interviews, and employment processing for selected candidates.
  • Communicate training and development needs to head office.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
  • Three years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Achievement orientation, teamwork, ethics, and values are required.
