Job Purpose
Lead and support enterprise-wide risk management practices across capital and major projects within the PMO.
Ensure proactive identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting of project risks to improve decision-making, certainty, and resilience.
Key Accountabilities
- Implement risk management frameworks, methodologies, and tools for capital and major projects.
- Facilitate risk identification and assessment workshops with project teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Develop and maintain risk registers with accurate qualitative and quantitative risk data.
- Perform risk analysis, including Monte Carlo simulations, to assess schedule and cost impacts.
- Track mitigation plans and risk response actions for timely and effective implementation.
- Prepare risk reports and dashboards for governance reviews, leadership reporting, and audits.
- Embed risk awareness into project execution and align practices with corporate frameworks.
- Provide training and coaching to project teams and junior risk analysts.
- Support stage gate reviews, assurance activities, audits, lessons learned, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
