- Meet with group coordinators or hosts before functions to make introductions and ensure arrangements are agreed upon
- Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and determine setup, timeline, and specific needs
- Attend to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
- Follow up on special banquet event arrangements to ensure compliance
- Follow all company safety and security policies and report any issues
- Maintain professional uniform and appearance
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

Responsibilities

- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 25 pounds
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
